According to the law, the conservation is possible if two thirds of residents agree that having garbage chutes inside buildings creates favourable conditions for bad smells, flies, rats and other anti-sanitary situations.
Before starting the conservation by welding, the chutes are cleaned and disinfected with special liquids so as to remove the dirt accumulated for years. After the conservation trash containers are placed in yard areas.
