Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan presented the city’s major urban development investment projects, as well as the ongoing work carried out across various sectors of the urban economy, to the members of the Mantashyants Business Club.
Mayor Avinyan emphasized the importance of cooperation with the club and the implementation of joint initiatives that could contribute to improving the city’s investment environment.
Today, the club brings together more than 800 entrepreneurs representing various sectors and operating in 24 cities worldwide. As one of the largest Armenian business networks, it plays a crucial role in fostering new partnerships, investment projects, and international business ties.
During the meeting, participants discussed various projects, ranging from the renovation of districts and the construction of residential complexes to comprehensive urban development initiatives. Development companies for these initiatives will be selected through tenders to be announced in the near future. Addressing the digitalization tools already introduced, Tigran Avinyan noted that the Yerevan Municipality’s approach is to remain open, transparent, accessible, and accountable to both the public and the business community.
The Mayor also noted that the experience and international network of the Mantashyants Business Club could contribute significantly to planning urban projects, attracting investments, and fostering new avenues for cooperation.
