“Moscow days in Yerevan”: ceremony of awarding the participants of the 5th children's and youth's games
Within the frames of “Moscow days in Yerevan” event, on October 28 started the 5th children' and youth's sport games. The competitions of the young wrestlers, judoists and chess players from Russia and Armenia were going on during 2 days.
The ceremony of awarding the participants of the games as well as the closing event was held in “Dinamo” sport complex on October 28. On behalf of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the participants were greeted by the head of Yerevan Municipality Department for Sport and Youth Affairs Yuri Mamikonyan.
It should be noted that Yerevan team won in freestyle wrestling competition, judo tournament was over in a draw 4;4 however by additional coefficients the victory was given to Moscow team. Moscow team also won in chess tournament and they got the main prize-the cup.
The representatives of won teams were awarded with medals and the winners in separate sport kinds were awarded with cups.
