New Solutions and Attitudes in Projects: Renovation Planned in Central Park of Davtashen
The central park located in the middle of the 1st and 2nd quarters of Davtashen is going to be fully renovated. During the regular working meeting it was reported that the process had already been started. The park will have external lighting and a new system of irrigation, cozy gazebos, benches, trashcans, a new fountain composition will be constructed as well.

Approximately 60 wheelchair ramps will be constructed in the capital this year. The process will be continued.

A new concept is being worked out to solve the problem of condominiums. The concept involves having a division of operators providing public services and working in a new logic.

In 28 streets of Yerevan, overground communication wires will be installed underground: nearly 80 km of trenches is to be dug. Currently, the process is being carried out in Myasnikyan avenue and Acharyan street. Tumanyan and Vardanants streets will be next.

A new building for the Children and Youth Sport School of Gymnastics of Olympic Reserve after Albert Azaryan will be built next to “Hrazdan” stadium in the area of about 15500 sq m. The sport establishment will correspond to all standards to organize trainings and international competitions.
