First batch of buses comes out on itineraries
The first batch of new buses has started working today,
The itinerary 26, which connects Likashin quarter of Ajapnyak district with Nork Marash district through the city centre, is convenient for residents. Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan informed that the rest of the buses will come out on routes in a few days and the information on other itineraries will be provided additionally.
Some notes for passengers:
• The payment box “takes” 100 dram coins only. If necessary the driver can help you with the change. Electronic payment system will be installed in near future,
• bus cabin is under video surveillance taking into account passenger and traffic safety.
• drivers wear uniforms, don’t smoke and don’t talk on the phone while driving.
“Transport reform is going on. Only due to joint efforts we can consistently solve all problems”, said the Mayor.
