New flats to Artsakh war participant and to opera singer
During the last meeting of the second convocation of Yerevan Council of Elders the Council approved of the draft decision on free alienation of the flat to the participant of Artsakh war, Colonel Karen Baghdasaryan.
The Council also approved the draft decision on free alienation of the flat to the leading soloist of Yerevan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet after Spendiaryan Liparit Avetisyan.
