Paris Mayor renders tribute to Holy Martyrs of Armenian Genocide
Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo who is in Yerevan at the behest of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, together with the members of the official delegation, the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan, Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan, representatives of Yerevan Municipality staff and the members of the Council of Elders visited the memorial complex of Tsitsernakaberd, put a wreath at the memorial to the victims of the Armenian Genocide, laid flowers at the Eternal Fire commemorating the Holy martyrs of the Genocide and kept a minute of silence in memory of them.
Paris Mayor also visited the museum of Armenian Genocide, familiarized herself to the materials on display and left an entry in the book of honorary guests. At the end of the visit Anne Hidalgo planted a fir tree in Memory park of the memorial complex.
