During the period from 13 to 17 of February 74 messages were received through social network pages and e-mail of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts. 68 of the messages got corresponding solutions, and 6 ones are being processed.
The main part of the issues related to snow cleaning and removal, to the spheres of communal services, social welfare. A number of issues related to the activity of the Municipality staff including “hot lines”, citizens' reception, to the format of application to the Municipality.
We inform that out co-citizens can also sent e-mails to the web-page of Yerevan Municipality on Facebook/FB/Yerevanmunicipality/ and Twitter/@evnmunicipality/, as well as to e-mail pressyerevan@yerevan.am .
