By the decree of the President of the Republic, on the event of Yerevan day, for effective and conscientious work Yerevan Deputy Mayor Vahe Nikoyan Yerevan Municipality Staff Secretary Sergey Makaryan, Yerevan Mayor's Advisor Arayik Kotanjyan, the head of Avan administrative district Manvel Javadyan, the head of Davtashen administrative district Ruslan Baghdasaryan were awarded with “Anania Shirakatsi” medal.

On the event of the 25th anniversary of the RA Independence, by the RA President decree, Deputy Staff Secretary of Yerevan Municipality Arthur Karapetyan, the chief specialist of accounting and reports unit of Yerevan Municipality Financial Department Hasmik Aloyan, the head of incomes and expenditure programming and monitoring unit of Yerevan Municipality Financial Department Mariam Gevorgyan, the chief specialist of Yerevan Municipality Staff Secretariat Karine Aramyan were awarded with thanksgiving medals for effective and conscientious work.
During the festive reception organized in Yerevan City Hall on the event of Yerevan day high state awards by the RA President were handed by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan.
