Contracts with builders will be unilaterally terminated in case of violation of deadlines: Deputy Mayor meets builders
Yerevan Deputy Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan had a meeting with the representatives of building companies. The main subject of the discussion were the deadlines of expired building processes.
The representatives of building companies presented their explanations of delays and the problems they encounter during the construction activities.
Deputy Mayor stressed that deadlines must be kept in any case otherwise the community will have to unilaterally terminate the contracts with the companies that fail to meet the requirements. He also outlined that the companies had been given enough time to complete their activities, hence this time the decisions and further steps will be firm: the construction objects must be put into operation within maximally short terms.
