Originally constructed in the 1980s, Yerevan’s “Arabkir” Health Center has undergone its first major renovation in nearly 40 years. As a result of a project launched in 2023, approximately 60,000 residents now receive medical care in modern and comfortable conditions.
The range of paid medical services offered by the center has increased more than fourfold. The center has also been equipped with advanced diagnostic technologies, significantly enhancing the accessibility and quality of healthcare services for Yerevan’s population.
With the support of the Yerevan Municipality, the center received digital radiography systems, a mobile X-ray unit, "all-in-one" computers for pediatricians and general practitioners, and a U.S.-manufactured ultrasound machine equipped with 4 transducers.
The Yerevan Municipality continues to invest consistently in the primary healthcare sector, recognizing it as the cornerstone of the healthcare system and thereby ensuring affordable, continuous, and preventive medical care for all citizens.
