Phone calls received by “hot lines” are at the focus of attention
From 13 to 19 of February, 354 phone calls were received by the “hot line” telephones functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 307 issues got appropriate solutions, the rest 47 ones are being settled.
by the “hot lines” functioning in administrative districts staffs 89 phone calls were received. 80 of them got solutions, the rest 9 ones are being processed.
