Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention

377 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality from April 23 to May 6. 361 of the issues raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions, the rest 16 ones are being processed.

97 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts. 74 of the issues were given solutions, 23 ones are being processed.
