When visiting a doctor, a bank or an educational, cultural and other establishments, people with hearing disorders can make use of the program of videocall translation.
The project was implemented with the support of Yerevan Municipality in cooperation with the “Armenian Union of the Deaf” NGO. Since September 2023 up today more than 1000 people have made use of the program.
The centre for video calls is free and works from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
The initiatives of the community in the social sphere are to be continued.
