The “Ice Arena” tournament started in Yerevan Figure Skating and Hockey Sport School. This sport event is unprecedented for the sport school. For two days 90 students of the school will be competing for the title of the best in their age group, and their performance will be assessed by the referees

On May 7, Yerevan Municipality is going to hold the International Judo Tournament “Yerevan Open” at “Dinamo” stadium. Teams from Russian (5 teams), Georgia (1 team), Germany (1 team) are participating in the sport event. Armenian judokas are taking part in the competition as well.

The Shengavit Sport School of General Sports was founded in the 1970s. In 2022, the community financed overhauling program to provide proper conditions at the school. Taking into account the volumes of work to be done and the territory of 6500 sq m, the work was divided into phases.
