The heads of Avan and Kentron administrative districts of Yerevan Manvel Javadyan and Ara Sadoyan visited the RF capital with the official delegation headed by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan met with the heads of Northern and Central administrative okrugs of Moscow Vladislav Bazanchuk and Vladimir Goverdovski.
During the meeting the parties discussed the possibilities of realization of new cooperation programs between the administrative units of Yerevan and Moscow in different spheres of urban economy. The heads of Avan and Kentron administrative districts of Yerevan noted that the administrative districts of two cities had a big potential for strengthening bilateral ties and development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The heads of Northern and Central okrugs of Moscow in their turn attaching importance to strengthening business ties with Yerevan colleagues noted that the memoranda on cooperation to be signed during the visit will make the interaction more essential.
During the meeting the memoranda on cooperation were signed between Avan administrative district of Yerevan and Northern okrug of Moscow, and between Kentron district of Yerevan and Central okrug of Moscow. According to the signed documents the programs of bilateral interaction will be realized in social spheres, in the fields of health care,culture,education,sport,tourism development as well as in the direction of establishment of economic ties in a number of other spheres including experience exchange.
