The modern skate park is going to open in Yerevan soon. During the regular working meeting in the City Hall the Mayor was reported that the construction of this recreation zone has come to its final stage.

:The construction of Babajanyan-Ashtarak and Argavand-Shirak segment of the western circular road of Yerevan is going at full swing. The bridge over the Hrazdan river will soon be completed. Currently the final bridge support is being installed and the bridge with 252 m length and 28 m width will get its final look. The road connecting the northern and southern entries of the city is going to be put into operation by the end of this year.

Illegal movable stalls in the capital are actively removed. During the working meeting the Mayor was reported that 49 stalles had been removed with the help of community means and 8 ones – by economy entities themselves. Since this year such stalls have been operated only with the permission of the Municipality. A convenient platform has been created for economy entities where they can get registered and organize their business. this is required by law, and the special areas and standards for movable commerce are determined by the Council of Elders.

By the instruction of Mayor Hayk Marutyan the process of dismantling of illegal constructions is going on in different administrative districts. Since June 22 up today, 93 illegal constructions have been dismantled. Expressing gratitude for significant support to the police the Mayor stressed that the fight against illegal constructions will be continued.

Within the frames of the cooperation formed between the city authorities, condominiums and residents the process of locking the rubbish chutes in residential buildings is going on. The Mayor was reported that 1682 chutes had been locked which is 46% of all chutes existing in blocks of flats. Mayor Marutyan instructed to carry on the process and emphasized that only this way it will become possible to get rid of unpleasant stench and rats as well as to improve sanitary conditions in general.
