Another School in Yerevan opened after Reconstruction
More than 800 pupils will get their education in new, safe and comfortable conditions. The basic school N122 after Alexander Blok has been put into operation after reconstruction. The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, the ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa, the Minister of Science, Education, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan and the Minister of territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan were present at the opening ceremony and toured round the premises. The school has been completely changed as the building was dismantled and built from scratch.
The school corresponds with all modern standards and is fully equipped.
The construction was implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank within the scope of “Seismic Safety Improvement Program”.
Generally, 6 schools have been reconstructed in Yerevan this year.
