During the regular working meeting in the City Hall it was reported that in accordance with Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan’s instruction, within the program of events aimed at business environment improvement the guidelines for giving construction permissions and urban development documentation worked out by the Municipality have been presented to state management bodies, to NGOs and banking system. It was instructed to carry on the actions aimed at business environment improvement and to increase the level of pubic awareness. We’d like to remind that the e-versions of the mentioned above instructions have been presented at the official website of Yerevan Municipality (www.yerevan.am) in Doing Business section.

During the meeting it was also reported that the control over keeping the norms for obligatory improvement of the surrounding areas by entrepreneurs which is required by the decision of Yerevan Council of Elders is going on in the capital. The heads of administrative districts and the persons in charge of relevant services were instructed to go on the activities and set control over citizen’s walking their dogs only in the areas separated for that.
It was also reported that everyday control over illegal construction and land occupation, illegal street trade, waste duping in inappropriate areas was carried on. The persons in charge and the heads of administrative districts were instructed to carry on the supervision.
