Open public hearings related to the city budget anticipated for 2022 and development program, to the tariffs of local duties and fees, to the draft decisions of the Council of Elders made on giving privileges were held in the City Hall.

The citizens who took part in the hearings raised questions related to a number of city problems, particularly to new urban development projects, red lines, installation and replacement of sewage pipes in administrative districts, to road construction. The participants also referred to the problem of resettlement of the residents of the buildings with high emergency rate, in particular located at 10 and 17 Arzumanyan street.
The persons in charge for the certain spheres gave detailed explanations.
Touching upon the buildings with high emergency rate Deputy Mayor Sergey Nersesyan marked that although the problem is beyond the Municipality liabilities, the community took into account the threat to people’s lives and health had done and was doing everything possible to solve the problem as soon as possible. According to the Deputy Mayor, today the city authorities are negotiating with investors, so in case of unanimous agreement of residents on the previous investment offer the problem can be solved much sooner.
More than 30 emails with proposals related to the presented projects were received as well.
