After the long interval caused by the epidemic the regular working meeting was held in the City Hall. The meeting was conducted by Mayor Hayk Marutyan. Before turning to the spheres of the city economy, the Mayor congratulated the first grade pupils and wished them lots of success in their school life.

“We should do our best so that our children could remember this period not as a time of challenges but something exciting. It’s important to focus our attention on those children who go to school for the first time. They should like school, like studies as we our future depends on them”, said the Mayor,
During the state of emergency all municipal bodies worked every day and the Mayor thanked the staff for devotion and responsibility.

“I am grateful to you for your working without interruptions, for coordinated and devoted activity. It was a period when we had to realize the challenges to overcome the hardships. So, we are starting working on the regular schedule”, said the Mayor,

The Mayor was reported on the current activities carried out in the city economy. The construction of the new road connecting Babajanyan street to Ashtarak highway

and Argavand highway to Shirak street. The process of purchasing new trash containers is going to be over. 8700 new dumpsters have already been placed in the capital.

The program of installation of new elevators is going on as scheduled. 500 elevators are to be installed in the capital instead of old damaged ones.
“I demand everyone not only simply fix the problem but to suggest solutions. We have no right to make mistakes. Any information should be reported precisely. I won’t put up with uncertain reports as it’s bad for the community and I have no right to harm the community”, stressed the Mayor.
