Another Batch of “MAN” Buses Come on Routes Soon
More eco-friendly buses for convenient traffic: another batch of 87 “MAN” buses is going on routes in no time. Within the frames of state-community-international partner cooperation Yerevan carries on step-by-step improvement of the transport system.
The results of the program were summarized by the RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan, the head of EBRD Yerevan Resident Office George Akhalkatsi, the head of EU Representation in Armenia Andrea Wiktorin and the EBRD Deputy Manager (E5P Fund) Ewa Manik.
The quality and comfort of these buses can’t be compared with any buses ever operated in Yerevan. The project was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development which is one of top investors in Armenia. Since the beginning of its operation in our country the bank has implemented 206 programs and invested 2 billion euro into our country. Accomplishment of joint projects and outlined programs prove that Yerevan is a reliable and important partner for international bodies. Watch the video for more details.
