At the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and with the participation of the Chairman of the RA State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre Martin Sargsyan the meeting with the users of the farmlands located in the area adjacent to Noragavit district was held in Yerevan City Hall. The aim of the meeting was to summarize the results of the research of the working group formed by Yerevan Municipality and the RA State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government.
Stressing the importance of the legal regulation of the problem Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed the persons in charge to complete the process within a short time.
“The problem raised by you for decades is actually getting its solution. Within the last year the working group formed by Yerevan Municipality and the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre did big work. Up to now the specialists have completed their research as a result of which we an initiate the process of state registration of the right for ownership of the users of farmlands located in the area adjacent to Noragavit district. Dear residents, be sure that the problem of state registration will be settled up to the last hectare”, said Taron Margaryan.
The Chairman of the RA State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre Martin Sargsyan in his turn assured that everything will be done to arrange the proper process of state registration of the right for ownership of the users of the farmlands in Noragavit.
During the meeting the residents were presented in details the procedure of state registration of the right for ownership.
Mayor Taron Margaryan outlined that for any questions related to the process the residents can apply to the head of Legal Department and the head of Real Estate Management Department of Yerevan Municipality. At the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government the head of Control Department will be in charge.
