President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the opening of the new-built government administrative complex at Vazgen Sargsyan 3, the construction of which started in April 2013. The President regularly visited the building site and watched the process. The complex includes the main building where the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs including the Diplomatic Academy, Ministries of Education and Science,Culture, Diaspora as well as the separate building of the Ministry of Justice. The complex also involves a technical building provided for energy and water supply infrastructures.

The President of the Republic, His Holiness All Armenian Catholicose Garegin II, the RA Vice Prime Minister, the Minister of the International Economic Integration and Reforms, Yerevan Mayor, the Leader of the RA Government Staff, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Urban Development, Education and Science, Diaspora, Culture, Justice walked about the area of the administrative complex, familiarized themselves with the working conditions created for the mentioned state establishments.
The architectural solutions of the complex were worked out in tune with the urban development and national approaches giving the complex a monumental look. The author of the design is honorary architect Narek Sargsyan. The new complex which has the total area of 33460 sq m was built on the plot of land where used to be the building of the Ministry of Justice which had been burned and didn't work for 25 years, and the central boiler-house which was impossible to restore. The two administrative buildings are connected by underground parking. To provide proper movement of transport and pedestrians two new streets were built. The area of the complex is provided with decorative lighting which emphasizes the architectural ensemble harmonizing with the City Hall and Republic square.
The President of the Republic together with Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan also visited «Yerevan Mall» multifunctional complex where a modern cinema hall has been opened at their presence. The honour of solemn opening of «Kinopark» cinema was given to Yerevan Mayor and to the General Manager of «Yerevan Mall» Vazrik Sekoyan. Serzh Sargsyan together with Taron Margaryan walked about the cinema hall, familiarized himself with the facilities. The construction of the cinema started in February of 2015 and was over in November of the same year. It has 5 halls 2 of which are provided for 109 people, 2-for 119 people and the premium hall is provided for 30 spectators (total number of the seats is 486). The films will be shown in 3D format. The system of on-line ticket purchase has been installed as well. The new center has about 30 employees with average salary of 200 000 Armenian drams.
