New rules for transport use

The Commandant’s office published the new rules for public transport use to be put into operation from May 18.
Here are the most important ones.


Overground public transport

 

Transport vehicles are allowed to take as many passengers as there are seats in the vehicles.
Vehicles with the length of more than 9 metres (trolleybuses) can take standing passengers but the distance between them is to be 1 metre at least.
Transport vehicles are subjected to disinfection at least twice a day. Passengers are not allowed to enter the vehicle without individual protection means-masks and gloves.
Sanitation liquids are to be provided on the public transport vehicles so as passengers could disinfect their hands. Besides, passengers must have necessary amount of coins so as the driver doesn’t have to give a change.

Taxi

 

It is forbidden to sit next to the driver in the taxi. The cars are to be provided with alcohol-based sanitation liquids and wet tissues.



Route taxis and the Underground


The cabins of route mini-buses and all underground carriages are provided with hand sanitizers. The number of passengers should be maximally small. The number of passengers in one carriage should be no more than 70. Persons in charge are assigned to organize and supervise the process. At the end of each route, after passengers leave, the cabins are aired, door handles, seat handles are sanitized.
Terminals installed at the stations are disinfected at least 3 times a day. At the end of each day carriages and common use areas of the stations are disinfected by specialized companies.
