During the regular working meeting in the City Hall the head of the Department of Nature Protection reported that landscaping, cleaning and tree decoration activities are going on in the capital. It was also reported that the process of installation of irrigation network had been over. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to carry out more consistent work particularly regarding flower-decorated areas.

“It's necessary to be more consistent regarding the care about the flower-decorated areas and green zones particularly taking into account that we are expanding the system of irrigation form year to year and in fact we are providing all necessary conditions for proper care. Keep the process of lawn mowing under tight control so as to avoid the cases of dry grass burning”, said Taron Margaryan.

The Mayor also referred to the issue of possibility of dry grass burning as a result of fireworks organization and instructed to set rigid control over fireworks organization in flammable areas.

“Fireworks can cause fires particularly in summer, consequently, we should be careful. Set tight control in this regard and limit the organization of fireworks in flammable areas. Besides, set control over the volume of the music in entertaining establishments. It's certainly pleasant that our co-citizens have reasons for joy but it should not be at the cost of relaxation of townspeople”, stressed Taron Margaryan.
