During a tree planting held at Davit Anhaght Park in Yerevan’s Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, about 150 mature, high-value trees and 1,200 shrubs were planted.
Ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Armenia, along with representatives of diplomatic missions, also joined Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan in the tree-planting initiative.
As part of the large-scale landscaping works carried out from April 13 to 19, approximately 1,000 trees were added to the capital’s green spaces.
