Program improvement at “Hot Line” service of Yerevan Municipality
In the coming year, municipal pre-schools are going to be replenished with intellectual teaching books. During the regular working meeting it was reported that all arrangements had been made to purchase the teaching materials.

Archive management in the City Hall is to be organized in new conditions. Up to now the whole archive was kept in one room and some the documents were preserved in relevant department rooms. It is planned to digitize the archive.

To ensure rapid respond to citizens’ calls and to find appropriate solutions to the problems certain program improvements were made at the “hot Line” service of Yerevan Municipality. The service daily receives 600 phone calls on average; now 400 of them can be answered at once and the rest ones get answers via feedback. Besides, the systems for operators’ work assessment and automated notification of decisions made have been installed.

Modernization of the system of street illumination in the areas surrounding the new monument recently installed in the fourth segment of Circular park has been completed.

Well-arrangement of Abovyan park is going on within the annual program. The program includes modernization of the external lighting and irrigation network, installation of benches, dustbins, greening and landscaping.

Within the program of Yerevan Lake clean-up in 2022, the surface of more than 8 ha of reeds has been dried. Next year it is planned to carry on the work and to clean up the area from the segment of the Hrazdan river entering Yerevan up to Yerevan Lake.
