The first meeting of the working group of “Smart city concept in Yerevan” took place in Yerevan City Hall during which were discussed the issues aimed at working out the concept of “Smart City” within the frame of the program “Information technologies in disaster risk reduction” being carried out by the UN development Program. 

Within the frames of cooperation established between Davtashen administrative district of Yerevan and Antony commune in France, at the behest of Antony Mayor the delegation of Davtashen district headed by the leader of the district Ruslan Baghdasaryan visited Antony, France on September 11-13. 

The head of Yerevan Municipality department of Development and Investment Programs ArmenHarutyunyan met with the delegation of representatives of the business circles of Kaluga district of Russia. The delegation was headed by the leader of the Center for Small and Medium Business Export Support Sergey Zhuravlyov.

By the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, within the frames of “International ties” Program, the administration of Avan district hosted the first secretary of Russian Embassy in Armenia, the deputy director of the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Yerevan Igor Kusovin and the advisor of the director of inter-regional innovative cooperation Svetlana Zakaryan.

By the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan cooperation was established between Yerevan and the RA marzes. Within the frames of this cooperation the employees of Sevan Town Hall visited the administration ofErebuni district.

In the period from September 4 to 10, 37581 citizens visited the municipal out-patient clinics. In the same period 525 babies were born in Yerevan:251 girls and 274 boys.

During the regular working meeting in Yerevan City Hall it was reported that the defects in asphalt covering caused by the activities carried out by municipal programs as well as by “Yerevan Jur”, “Yerevan gas”, “Electricity lines of Armenia” and by private companies, had been mainly eliminated.

By the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, Mayor's Advisor Arayik Kotanjyan accompanied by the head of Kentron administrative district Ara Sadoyan visited Kentron district. The Mayor's Advisor familiarized himself with building and improvement processes being carried out in the district, visited the educational and cultural 

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan visited Avan village of Aragatsotnmarz /region/ to take part in the opening of the bust of the national liberation movementfigure, the first Armenian Fedayi /freedom fighter/ commander Arabo.
