“Ambulance” CJSC carries out the non-hospital quick medical aid to the population of Yerevan with the help of 36 brigades of 7 substations which are allocated in different districts. The “Ambulance” of Yerevan also implements the calls to the regions of RA - sanitary aviation. 36 brigades work 24 hours; the brigades include 23 - linear, 7 - small cardiologic, 10 reanimation, 1 – psychiatric.

The “Ambulance” of Yerevan is provided with the specialists, who took proper advanced training courses. The specialists of the “Ambulance” have trainings mainly in the department of National Institute of Health of MH of the RA with different course stage.
The calls are received by the phone number 103 in Yerevan - centralized dispatcher’s service, from where they are directed to corresponding substations.
The connection between the dispatching office and brigades is carried out by means of radio communication. The incoming calls are recorded.
