During the regular working meeting in the City Hall Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was reported that necessary measures are being taken to provide uninterrupted work of heating systems in municipal schools, pre-schools, cultural and medical establishments.

During the weekly working meeting in the City Hall it was reported that 12 cases of illegal construction had been revealed in the sphere of urban development the previous week and 2 constructions revealed earlier had been dismantled. It was also reported that notification of citizens about the procedure of getting permissions for construction is going on by mass media. 

During the regular working meeting in the City Hall chaired by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the head of Municipality Department of Nature Protection Armen Martirosyan reported that planting of tulip bulbs and cleaning of parks are going on in the capital.

At the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the parents of about 1200 servicemen serving in the frontier military units once again got the opportunity to visit their sons. Before departure of the buses the parents were wished a happy trip by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and the RA Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan. The Mayor and the Deputy Minister talked to the parents in person.

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan together with the RA First Lady Rita Sargsyan was present at the re-opening event of Yerevan kindergarten N 126. After renovation the pre-school has opened its door for about 350 children. With their musical performance the pupils of the kindergarten expressed their gratitude to those who contributed to renovation of the pre-schooling establishment.

Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan hosted the director of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research Victor Matveev and the famous Armenian scientist, physicist, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics, professor, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Russia Yuri Hovhannisyan who arrived in Yerevan to take part in the conference held jointly with the State Committee for Science of the RA Ministry of Education and Science.

Five more buses of “Yerevan bus” company of Yerevan Municipality have been provided with the elevators for people with special needs. We'd like to remind that at the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan 10 buses were equipped with elevators in 2014, and 10 more buses in 2015.
